I also went through 5 sessions with Microsoft support who also failed to fix this issue. I was constantly getting an error message every 24 hours or so on my Microsoft Mail app in Windows 10 Pro which would say " Your Outlook account settings are out of date." I found a dozen or so suggested solutions for this problem online none of which Password because it is simply to complex to remember without a password manager which can't be accessed until after windows 10 is up and running. It's not practical to use my Microsoft account I use a different, easier to remember Password for my Windows 10 login. It! I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that I don't use my Microsoft account to sign into windows 10 when I'm starting it up. I find this bug extremely annoying and wish Microsoft would do something about Tried deleting the account and reinstalling it, make sure the email program can access my location and that the date and time is correct but none of these things fix this problem. It's kind of ironic it's only the Microsoft email account that has this problem seeing the mail program itself is a Microsoft product! I've I have 2 other non Microsoft email accounts that never lose their account sign in. Usually once I sign in it remains OK for the duration that I have my computer powered on but almost always reoccurs when I go In windows 10 mail, my Microsoft email account keeps losing its connection and I have to keep signing in over and over again.
